OpenAlgo is operated by Social Protocol Labs. By using our service you agree to the following terms.
Description of service
OpenAlgo is a paper-to-code tool for computational chemistry teams. It reads published research papers and generates structured, reviewable Python projects. The service is currently in private beta, focused on QSAR and molecular property prediction.
Access and accounts
Access to certain features requires an approved account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- ·Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- ·Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- ·Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- ·Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
- ·Resell or redistribute generated artifacts as a competing service
Generated output
Code and artifacts generated by OpenAlgo are provided as starting points for your own work. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated output before use in production or research contexts. OpenAlgo does not guarantee scientific correctness of generated code.
Intellectual property
The OpenAlgo platform, its design, and underlying technology are the property of Social Protocol Labs. You retain ownership of your own data and any modifications you make to generated output.
Limitation of liability
OpenAlgo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Social Protocol Labs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccuracies in generated output, data loss, or service interruptions.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
